The last energy cultivation lasted for an entire month. It had a rocky star with beginning with a minor cold, but after 10 days the benefits really kicked in strong. I intentionally put the brakes on 002A after one month because my previous experiment only lasted two weeks and I have the rest or my life to explore this and there is no rush. And I didn’t want to put any undue stress on the prostate and endocrine systems.
Some obvious benefits after the three week marker included strength, increased energy, mental clarity, easy and satisfying breathing, and creative stamina.
Some of he drawbacks included, brusqueness and over-assertiveness leaning to the edge of a lack of compassion.
I am engaging 003A with the goal of finishing the music video project. This is a big one because the video could take up to four months to complete. So backsliding isn’t an option here.
Since I am going to have spiritual support for this process I think I will have a better experience.
One bonus of the cultivation that I did not expect was inspiration. The kind of ideas that pop out of thin air without contemplation. I’ve been writing these puppies down whenever I get the chance. And voice memos on this phone have been excellent in this regard.
Staying away from lattes and substituting them for tea was a huge part of the success of 002A and I’m going to stick with that for sure.
