OK. Everybody knows about how you can re-use a teabag. But I don’t really like doing that. Tea Regeneration is a simple technique that WILL AMAZE YOU! This is how it works. You know how when you go to Starbucks and order let’s say, a Venti China Green Tips tea and it comes with 2 tea bags? Well what you can do is let the tea steep for about a minute or so. Steeping your tea means letting the tea bag sit submerged under the warm or hot water without being disturbed. This lets the flavor enter the water. Then when the tea gets to the desired flavor potency, I say, “Throw the tea bags out.” Don’t save them. Then when you drink about two-thirds of your tea and you have your paper cup. Take a look at the water. You should notice that the tea is actually a little bit darker than you first noticed it was originally. Well that’s actually the key. When you drink your tea, over time a lot of the particles fall down to the bottom. So the final gulps or sips of tea can become very strong and sometimes bitter. So in order to Regenerate Your Tea I suggest that you add clean safe water to your cup of tea after you drink most of it. If you add hot water to your tea it will be hot tea. If you add cool water it will be more like a refreshing chilled tea. This is a great technique to make your tea drinking experience last longer. And I’ve noticed that sometimes a cup of tea that I’ve been slowly sipping all day kind of gets, “lucky.” It is lucky in the sense that the tea has been charged by the energy from your hand and your body.
I feel that human beings have an aura and whenever we interact with objects or entities in our world our aura connects with those elements of reality. So when you hold your tea for hours and carry it with you on your adventures and have it chilling with you in your car, it absorbs some of your essence. Many spiritual people including some Buddhists bless their food and beverages before ingesting them. I think that is a smart idea. Why not send some good energy into whatever you are about to eat or drink? But the thing about tea is that it is a process more than just a beverage. Tea doesn’t have a tremendous amount of flavor or caffeine like coffee. It is a more subtle drink. So by adding water to it and savoring the energy in it, it can be tremendously refreshing. Be careful not to drink dirty tea, and only use clean healthy water also when doing this. I’d hate for anyone to get sick. Also double check the lid of your cup to make sure it isn’t nasty.
I’d recommend that you Regenerate Your Tea only by using Green tea. This technique doesn’t really work very well with herbal teas or black tea. It just doesn’t steep the same way or taste as good. If you are drinking black tea or herbal teas then you just might as well drink the whole thing.
I recently switched from drinking Lattes to drinking Green tea. The reasoning behind it is because I got sick recently and I think the dairy overload was a big part of it. Also the amount of caffeine I was ingesting was getting too much. 1 or 2 lattes per day is pretty nuts. So now I’m doing the green tea thing again and I’m feeling lighter on my feet and a little healthier.
