SPOILER WARNING
At the end of Toy Story 3 the antagonist bear gets crucified. You see him with his arms wide open on the front of a truck. I think everything in Toy Story 3 had little significance except for that last scene. It symbolizes that we are at the end of an era. A great deal of energy in the movie is focused on the junkyard. The movie shows the inside of waste disposal. There is a great light at the end of a tunnel that is basically death. Fiery death indeed. And the creatures that save the characters from a certain blazing hot death, are actually aliens.
If you think aliens are going to save you from what is going to happen with unemployment rates skyrocketing and economic instability then this movie is perfect for you.
The crucifixion that happens to the bad guy is pretty blatant. He even has other animals that are crucified next to him and he says something that is not funny at all. It is pretty morbid actually. Many of you have read my article on the hidden meanings behind Avatar and Legion, if not here’s a link. I hope you can see that there are multiple layers of messages in the media. There are the ones that are obvious, there are subliminal messages, there are hypnotic suggestions, there are repetition based forms of mind control, and every once in a while there are major symbolic references that are meant to trigger certain types of thinking and “clue in” people in power to upcoming events and societal transitions. The crucifixion of the antagonistic bear is symbolic of something big. I think it means that we are approaching the end of an era. It could mean more than that.
