I need to let you know about this song. It’s called, “Ice” by Camel. The first time I was shown this song by a close friends of mine, I was very thankful and it touched my heart. The melody is so beautiful and gliding that you don’t really feel like you are listening to music. It feels more like you are having an intimate experience with respect and appreciation itself. To think that Andy Latimer and the rest of Camel decided to share this piece of music with the rest of the world by recording and distributing it boggles me. It seriously sounds like you are having access to a living soul and are allowed to let it connect with your mind and spirit. There aren’t any vocals in the song. But I feel like the artists are totally spilling their guts on this piece. The song has a guitar line that is drenched with emotion and sensitivity. Every note plays with sincerity and accuracy. If you like Pink Floyd, there is a good chance you will like this song. It’s one of those pieces of music that I listen to when I’m like, “Hey, I’m in the mood to listen some of the best music of all time.” So I put Ice on.
